Whether or not there is a takeover or merger in the works, I don't know. But if they say they've been approached, take them at their word. I reckon this is easily worth over $ 3.00. It's not a speckie and historically has had a good reputation and great dividends prior to this last annual report. Now they have purchased another nickel mine and are iun better shape.
