In the recent Audio the GM said that CVI had been told "unofficially" that the 2 concessions had been awarded to CVI.

Now the applications are being processed....

I took that to mean the request for the concessions had been put in place.

However, on a second reading of the last ann.....it occurs to be - why submit the applications and have them processed unless the approval had already been given.

Consequently I take the last ann. as confirmation of the 2 angolan drilling licenses.

Semantics perhaps but still worth buying some more CVI tomorrow.

The last ann. has greater significance than I first gave it.
