Thanks soulman - Google is a wonderful thing. I also received an email from friend in Perth today whom is a longer term TGS holder and knows the company well.

He wrote the following - "no concerns at all about tgs raising funds, may still get a lot from options take up
some news going to break in the next few days Idon't know what but should be good".

He also suggested that they may look at extending the options date but this would need a vote of shareholders and considering it doesnt offer any benefits to most shareholders - dubious in my opinion.
