    grahod, I assume it has something to do with dilution. I think we all agree that assuming all things go to plan (license review OK, JORC reasonably large and a possible TSX listing) then the share price is in the range of $2 plus - possibly a lot more.

    If the options are extended and then converted at current option price then holders of shares will face dilution.
