If TGS don't get the 45cents for each oppie then they'll have to get it some how later down the track anyway with a placement or something.

Don't think dilution is a major concern seen as a hell of lot of holders have the oppies anyway.

I would be a very happy boy if they extended the expiry date by 12mths or something. That would give the DRC a heap of time to finalize their decision.

Fingers crossed they decide to do this!
