It further goes on to say

We ran various scenarios for a sensitivity analysis, and here are the results:
• Breakeven well cost for IRR of 10% is $5.2 million.
• Breakeven realized commodity price for IRR of 10% is $45.35 per BOE.
• Minimum EUR, based on our decline curve, for an IRR of 10% is 141 MBOE, assuming an initial production rate of 164 BOEPD.
• The company has estimated two workovers during the life of the wells costing $100,000 each.
