No, Anglo do not own all the 11c options expiring in 2020. Most were issued to shareholders in the 2c cap raise. I own over 1M myself. They have 42% (2018 Annual Report) ...but they can let them expire for all I care -we are not desperate for income anyway AFAICT.
Regarding options and raising capital ...what better method is there to raise capital (that you seem to think
MAY be desperately needed), than to get these options in the money?
Surely that is the easiest cap-raise possible! ...its all ready set up and will cause no shareholder backlash or require extra funding to administer. I have over a million myself I love to convert if we get the SP up a bit.
If we need to raise money, it won't be because Cascavel's gold has suddenly disappeared I can assure you, it will be because we have ANOTHER potential mine to develop, such as Elisio which could host "up to 5M Ounces":

Finally q, your general warning seems to be that the shares on issue are increasing steadily as we now have performance rights ...and presumably you are saying that investors should be wary of this.
However, the performance rights are only granted
AFTER milestones of 1k, 2k and 4k Oz/m have been reached ...and by reaching these milestones, OGX will have proven production and will
ALMOST CERTAINLY result in a revaluation of OGX to the upside.
Therefore, the entire premise of your warning is self-defeating. I sincerely hope every one of these 58 million performance rights are issued as shares ...because at a regular 4,000 Oz / month, OGX will be multiples higher than it is today. I won't include conditional performance rights in the fully diluted capitalisation ...and I don't think any of our accountant mates would either.
I know that many posters including me decry you negativity when you don't hold and it has been made clear that anyone is obviously permitted to raise the same issue ad-infinitum, but I would like to thank you for inspiring me to further research, when I probably would have otherwise relaxed and waited for news.
Keep up the great work as devils advocate. I think your real motive is to incite further due diligence and encourage others to pour sunshine onto OGX so everyone can see the real value.
