re: the australian How confident is Gus? He says that PEN has "completed" a capital raising that will give them $14M in the bank - this suggests strongly that the Tranche placements, both 1& 2 have already been locked in and that he knows we will all sign on.
Again, I ask, how confident is this man? Wow. We haven't even signed the papers yet.
