re: the australian No real reason for anyone to vote against the resolutions Ians. The company needs to raise cash to advance their projects towards production and we as shareholders are being given a great chance to participate and increase our holdings below the current market price. They either seek a JV partner and lose their 100% holding in Lance or issue more shares, no other option in this market. Doesn't mean that the SP isn't going to fall back to 2.8 cents or lower but I think it's a calculated risk/reward chance well in our favour.
