Thanks Ramble. Apparently he is Non-Exec Director & Chairman of Tyranna Resources. I didn't see him in the list of Directors for Orinoco but I have half an idea that he used to be on the board?

Anyways, being tied up with Tyranna I would expect that he's on fairly good terms with OGX management and as such will be privy to what's going on with the project. People can draw their own conclusions from the increase in his substantial holdings.
