From a read of the Linc Propspectus, it looks to me that Peter Bond "lets say tricked" his way to converting a loan into an "Excessive number" of shares and thus (some would say) stealing the control of everyone else ideas . . . I'd say the current batch of announcemtns from LNC is more to do with propping the share price than reality . .as any substantial production is years away and needs substantial funding as well . .a problem at these levels.

My prediction is that LNC will find itself in deep brown stuff all too soon and then . . . . . maybe PCE will come to its rescue as the only credible source of expertise . . . .
