ASIC is as corrupt as the boards they are supposed to monitor. It is an absolute kick in the teeth to have the MD of a asx listed company threaten legal action against a small investor concerned at the incompitance of a companys performance.
Gee I'm thought that the threat of legal action was apparently all about a poster calling a MD a 'fraud and a liar'. Would you like to have those type accusations levelled at you by any person that you cannot redress except by legal litigation? These same people that are making all the hollow noise now were loudly singing this MD's praises when the SP was higher. You need to have the capability to prove the accusations before you post them for the world to see!! We are all entitled to our opinions - it is a public forum but they must be factual. You just cannot say anything you like about a person in this day and age when what is said is possibly incorrect and not expect recrimination. Why do you people not understand this when I know damn well that if happened to yourselves, you would all be screaming like cut pigs!!
