    re: thread suspended (free speech) imo, the problem rests with ASIC

    if directors & insiders actually had actual fear ASIC would prosecute them for misbehaviour then they would not be so bold & brazen

    my point may sound contradictory but it is not. it simply refers to the natural brazenness of people when they are not subject to any rule of law

    although they are not under threat of prosecution by ASIC, they will still stiffle any talk that may publically criticse or question their activity

    it is like in the Wild West, if you insulted someone. they come out will all guns blazing

    if ASIC actually prosecuted offenders, the directors would be sheepish instead of bold & brazen

    for example, i once referred a fully documented case of blatent insider trading to ASIC, which included non-filing of change of substantial holder notices to the ASX

    1. ASIC took no action; did not even send me a letter

    2. Hot Copper was required to delete my posts; advising me they had received legal threats from the alleged offender

    imo, the problem rests with ASIC
