re: thread suspended (free speech) Hi I was recently DEEPLY involved in the Opes Prime ANZ Bank affair where ASIC and the ASX were TOOTHLESS TIGERS against the finances that the ANZ Bank had available to fund all their legal eagles and silks . The Federal Court in general was also not interested in Us Little Guys who were being shafted. I hope that this posting does not get moderated as my comments are facts learned by my many appearances at the courts and various meetings.
