re: thread suspended (free speech) lets realize, these wannabe penny dreadful companies are ""bullying hotcopper & it's members"".
the best idea would have been "sit down at the table and discuss it like grown ups, and workout a way in which things can be controlled".
no they don't act like grown ups, the first thing they do is run to solicitors, incur large legal fee's which they can't afford.
are we becoming Americanized where at the drop of a penny people sue each other for large sums of money over trival matters.
my suggestion for any company persuing closing down a thread would be rethink the matter. sit down at the table and "chew the fat with the appropriate people"..
bullying people into submission never works, in many cases it just backfires...
