    This said, as Sandys articulates particularly well, shareholders should never tolerate company directors leaching shareholders contributions in addition to avoiding answering legitimate questioning as to the performance of the company.

    Many do this, more are now doing it with the threat of legal action if you press then hard enough, and this weak & arrogant litigious action has to stop. If these (often) faceless directors cant face the heat of straightforward questioning, they should either resign or not have taken the company public in the first place.

    Simple as that IMO!
