Hi sandys, not all shareholders are equal though. A shareholder with 20,000 shares gets one vote on HC, the same as a shareholder with 20,000,000 shares.

Yes I agree that yesterdays announcement was either poorly worded or perhaps there's more going on behind the scenes than we are aware, and yes I agree that the LTIP was a greedy ask by management, but regardless I'm still happy to have TB as MD. Just my honest opinion FWIW.
