    Raven has to come up with some capital for the xstate/ dempsey deal or stands to loose close to $100K paid so far and forfeit the $250K in shares they issue to xsatate

    considering it needs potential shareholder approval for capital, imho there are not many days left for an EGM.. looks very precarious .. imho
