sometimes things must get worse before they can get better
especially when big changes are being made
unfortunately most people r very short minded, short sighted, ignorant and stupid
or should i say fortunately, it allows the smart ones to make big $$
if ur thinking in terms of weeks or months, then yes tls is a bad company and in bad shape
if ur thinking in terms or years and decades, it's a different story
as far as i'm concerned personally, i'll be happy to continue to be short minded, short sighted, ignorant and stupid =)
