re: on the brink of disaster Governemnet were advised, Split it in two, wholesale and retail. Float the two entities. Or split in two and float one. But that genuis, Howard, thought he new better, (too much of Bush even then), So what we will have is a selloff, then back to public owned when the sheeet really hits the fan, But Howard will be long gone then.
