As it states, "The Potential Purchaser has stated it is now awaiting receipt of funds from overseas in order to progress matters".
What I would like to know is How much will they get? The price for which they sell SOX for will affect the share price. Does anyone have a ball park figure?
At least the deal is still going through, while it negotiates with it's bank in regards to the Data Services Business. The Data Service Business has generated over $100 Million Dollars over the last 3 years. And it is true that Broadband is going to boom over the next few years.
If they receive a good price for SOX and they complete the purchase of the Data Service Business with some cash in the bank then TNY share will show some great gains.
That's when Kellygirl will be happy again :)
Hopefully, buyers will be saying "Dam, that price of 2.8 was a great price to get in". I suppose we will have to wait a bit longer, but not much more..
