This morning's notice shows they have acquired >91% of the shares so there can't be too many holders left.
And according to ASIC rules ... Post-bid compulsory acquisition allows a bidder to acquire any outstanding bid class securities during or after a takeover bid if the bidder acquires a relevant interest in 90% of all bid class securities
