At the second link the pdf dated 4Oct2018 talks as if Moina Gold Pty Limited ACN 607 767 055 (Moina Gold) under a "Deed of Company Arrangement" DOCA - is buying all of BCD's shares for the eventual sum of $2Mill which will pay out BCD's creditors. Leaving Moina Gold Pty Limited with all of BCD assets including treatment plant and various licences.

Which to my non-legal mind says that "Moina Gold Pty Limited got their DOCA over BCD Resources NL"
What is not crystal clear as I write is whether Moina Gold Pty Limited complied with all of the DOCA stuff post Oct 2018.If anybody reading is a lawyer - feel free to enlighten us non-legal serfs.
