why would they go straight into raising money now? to show that the first stage is under way and operating well would then present confidence with investors and then the ability to raise funds at a higher level for stage 2...
Having said that, to have made a few announcements, push the price higher then present stage 2 makes sense to me.
Is my thinking there illogical? Could anyone explain the process as to why to do a raising at such a low price rather than a higher price?
Alecfra your pretty close to the action here and i'll bet that what you have suggested happens.
