    Yeah Derby here we come...

    The Chinese government approval would be kept a secret by CRG, they would not even have to let JRV know that it was approved. If the deal happens then we know the Chinese government has approved the deal. If not then who cares about the reason why it did not happen.

    My thinking is that if the JV deal is not going to through between CRG and JRV, then this would have been announced by now. Why wait until last minute to announce NO DEAL. CRG would have sent a letter to JRV advising that deal is not going ahead a long time ago. You dont wait till last minute or last day to say its not happening.... Its a BIG positive sign that we are without any negative news within a day of JV expirary date.
