    An expected Govt grant did not happen, They are now close to trading insolvently. they have stopped all significant outgoings. They are talking to an investor who is saying that their assets are not worth zip and wants to buy them for next to nothing. FER are trying to say they are worth something.
    Going the same way as PLT is my guess, next step the administrator.
