Who are the shareholders and directors of Oceantide?
They are based in East Perth - according to the ASIC register.
When did Oceantide get the right to acquire the Asset from PT Primara Utama Lestari (PT PUL) and for how much? Arbitrage anyone!

Why is there only a 70% interest being vended, what about the 30% balance. I seem to recall that the Moly project had a similar vend stratedy? Coincidence...I'll leave that to you to work out.
What is going to happen to our WORLD CLASS Moly project which we have spent all our money on?

I am not a downramper at all, in fact I usually am upbeat about a company progressing forward, however I am getting tired of all the broken priomises.
If this acquisition is the real deal I wish the board and all it's long term shareholders much joy and prosperity, however if this is just another scrip and cash grab...well
