if ADY had signed a JV wouldn't you think that they would announce today it rather than go into a trading halt? What purpose would the trading halt have?
if the company was heading towards a JV wouldn't directors have been buying up stock over the past month or so?
Noticed that there has been little trade in recent weeks. Obviously no insiders were buying.
My bet is that Chilean iron ore mines are being sold and ADY is finally retreating.They have just enough cash to pay bills and salaries till Christmas I suspect.
