Considering the stock was hyped to 28 cents prior to NASDAQ there seems very little hype built into the stock at 17 cents. Traders have obviously been and continue to exit their positions.
For those that thought we would be at 28 cents just consider the potential benefits of that hype already out of the market.
MD = 1 to 2.5 looks a bit lopsided
