Most of the sudden 15 million shares for sale between 17 and 20.5 are stacked by the manipulators.

All the company can do is achieve milestones and attract genuine interest. They were supposed to have attracted 'institutional support' at the 28 cent placement and actually knocked backed shares to the likes of AMP.

These 'institutions' supposedly have a long term horizon with regard to this stock. However, no susbstantial shareholding notices have been released in many years.

Also institutions are not what they used to be. Many panic just like retailers and dump stock at a loss. I know this occurred with SXY recently which forced the stock well below the placement price and it still hasn't recovered.
