Wang - I too found out about the SPP today and bought in. And I'm not convinced that the share price wil drop to the 1.40ish level. I am participating in the Sedgman(SDM) SPP and the price has actually remained steady since shareholder entitlement closed.
Moreover I think you wil get a decent parcel of WTP shares. At least a third I suspect.
