re: uganda update My guess is that the punters have tired of HDR .... the "hot" money has gone elsewhere. And the institutions .. well they have been burned ... so I doubt that they are lining up to buy more. Lack of buyers = sp slide. The news will have to be BIG to move HDR from now on.
