Hmmm, I know how you feel.
What about the shares for salary proposal? I would like to see the directors earn 10 fold what they are earning, but:
1. Based on performance (say, share options) and
2. Not by resolution retrospectivly. The way I do business is we agree things upfront, not 12 months later
don't get me wrong, I'm sure they are worth it, it's just how it's done which bothers me
