    I think ASZ has used the excuse of "market disclosure obligations" to make public this 68c revised bid price, probably to the annoyance of the bidder (who indicated $1.03 back in October). Expect ASZ board are very peeved that this party has come in so much lower than their earlier indicated price, so they are telling all the other interested parties that 68c is now the base price if you want to bid. That base price has effectively been set by a potential bidder that has crawled all over ASZ for 5 months doing due diligence (at considerable cost to ASZ). I suspect the board won't want to recommend this low-ball offer, and are inviting other parties to sharpen their pencils.
