    Hi pommy,

    I agree with some of what you have said, however commercial valuations are based on rental income; and in the very latest figures I do not see any rise in tenancy vacancies or reduced rents for that matter.

    So, I don't really see reduced valuations or reduced sale realisation figures., unless I am missing something fundamental.
