= 437m AUD
add back return of 50m usd deposit takes us to
512m aud.
552.9m shares so 92.6c / share.
Plus a very chunky break fee from Petrobras to add on the top.
Downside surely looks limited at $1.03.
But I reckon the deal is in the bag and $1.50 is around the corner
