Correct me if I am wrong. What I thought I read in the last few weeks was that hanlong had approximately $1.5B to invest in new aquisitions and have already showed interest in two other projects other than SDL. If so is hanlong just fishing for a bite. As I am not sure how they can finance the approx. $4B needed to get this up and running when the $1.5B was already a financed amount. ( please excuse me if I am incorrect, I have read so much on the subject of late)
I would like to know if Biya was in China to ask this very question.
