My thoughts precisely. It may be that we are in a situation like before Ching was discovered in 2001 and then tested in 2002 .. many of us knew the potential of Mauritania to HDR and were buying at 30-40 cents in early 2001 ... by 2004 it was worth heaps to HDR. The same will no doubt be the case for Uganda. Makes a case for buying now that they are cheap in a long-term portfolio .. and looking again in 6-12 months time!
