G'day Planahead , there is also the 75M placement from the EGM that was to be finalised 3/12/2007, all on hold I guess pending developments.The guys are smart enough to ensure they get a good price for the placements , and why go ahead until you need the $$$$$$$. I also could not get a definitive response as to what would constitute sufficient cause in order for a waiver to be granted ??
