R100 - putting your trust in yourself or the divinity is a good idea; putting it in predators in the hope that you will be well treated is inadvisable. Bullies and opportunists need to be opposed or at least treated indifferently. They should not be encouraged. They rely here on shareholders and investors giving way.

What should be paid for this asset is what the market will pay once it is properly put before the market. In the alternative steps should be taken to ensure it will go to a party that will ensure ascendancy of investor interests over the manager/owner's interests.

I commend the complaint initiatives of Alpha and others - you should get behind them.
