You're right Ajax. Its just my frustration speaking and a means of letting off a bit of steam.
Just need to vote with my feet and move on to more reliable broker. If SlackPac customers did this in numbers(change brokers), it would send a message. Then again like any large corp such as SlackPac, they wouldnt give a hoot !!!!
