re : vote for dixon Why i voted for Dixon / Ryan .... because i am losing faith in PK and the current management.
First ,PK remuneration is about 10% of DLS 's net profit , not to mention his pay for the psat 10 years.
Second, very poor promotion on the company by the management. compare : CUE , HZN , HDR , etc
Third , he does not bother to reply my email ...until his and the directors position are at stake !
Fourth , trying to get shares at a discounted price.
I expect the directors to put in hard work to grow the company eg Hardman , then everyone including PK himself will benefit. The moment the sp is going up , he announces another share issue. HZN is a company well managed with the sp going up in the past 2 years.
To me , it is time i will try a new management
