    LEP have pubs in great CBD locations.
    Have 105m from issue probably for acquisitions.
    Not carrying debt most real estate trusts could be reason banks have bought in.
    Have steadily increased dividends for shareholder policy.
    Their assets should increase in value as property values recovering.
    they could be using tax credits to offset tax capital when selling a pub.

    Was watching for a couple of weeks.
