do you expect EPS 66 cps for the salary packaging component or the combined business?
Acquisition of ILA was really good especially the advantages and synergies that flow through.
I was a bit worried about the high debt they took on, but relieved now as their cash flow is good and i believe they should be able to pay down debt easily.
I agree with your valuation for a eps of 66 cps , but i think the combined business eps may be much higher and hence a higher valuation.
