I remember (well only just !) that the City Of London definition of a millionaire was based on whether you had sufficient income earned each year, based on £1m invested, at 3 month Libor - or something like that. It wasn't on what you actually had in assets.
eg ; % rates @ 10% then you needed income of £100k per annum to qualify.
Anyone out there with the correct basis or am I right for once ?
