Tango/Awells you guys really make me laugh - for anyone really concerned about management's remuneration look at the past few years annual reports and search for "shares in lieu". This should answer all your questions about their "excessive remuneration packages".
If that doesn't show you confidence they have in the project I don't know what will. These guys have basically sacrificed a sizable part of their salary (cash in the bank) in return for shares in MYG. I have not seen any other management team of a junior mining company have this sort of remuneration package These guys have a lot more to gain/lose than I do - This is why I am very secure with my investment in this company and know that they will be doing their best to maximize the share price.
I really can't be bothered answering all these "concerns" that you guys dream up but I suggest all holders/potential holders actually do some decent research on the company before buying or selling.
