Last few months have been strange for ROC shares, rights issue with lots of sellers after cut off, rights shares will be received on Tuesday and things will settle.
Some great news coming in the next 2 months, Wei, maybe commercial, Chinese Govt lifting recovery rates for ROC producing wells, Angola announcement and maybe an early start, and finally the north sea wells commence production in late FEB, bad news has finished IMHO, only good to come.
Also watch out for the next Financial report it should be a ripper.
Having said that, I have noticed severe capping on the SP over the last few weeks, starting to have another HDR nightmare !!!!! maybe a TO target, at least it will bring $5.00.
