markets are rallying world wide.. asx very close to 52week...

markets are rallying world wide.. asx very close to 52week highs.. and nido isnt going anywhere it seems..even though its doing good presentations..excellent results... good future prospects...im really a newbie to the market and so am finding it hard to digest regarding whats the possible cause for such a performance.. im sure a lot of you investors are markets veterans// could you possible suggest the reason why its performing so poorly.. the volumes are not that high compared to the 1billion o//s shares... i know ward ferry selling is one of the reason./is potential capital raising the other one? but should the stock rally before the annoucement so they can raise capital cheaply?
whats the sense in raising capital at depressed levels/// has anyone seen similar situations where fundamentally every thing is in place but stock is the worst performer.. ??
