Your opinion is your opinion but I think you are missing / have forgotten / never really knew alot about NDO.
Your comments about NDO not wanting to be an operator or wanting to produce the first barrel of oil could not be further from the truth, maybe a lack of oxygen after "soaring over different skies" for so long has made dillusional thoughts creep into your mind
If you can justify your statements with some evidence that would be greatly appreciated and I would follow with my sincere apoligise.
