A few other points,
GUL shares the same office as AGM
Deitz is a director in both GUL and Allegiance. Howland Rose moved offthe GUL board 5 years back to concentrate on Allegiance.
Originally I think GUL was owning around 20% of Allegiance and Allegiance of course has the cross holding in GUL. Possibly as an anti takeover strategy. Things have moved on though for AGM since then with a lot of shares issued and GUL's % holding diluted.
GUL has a 1% Royalty in BTV. Based on BTV's latest effort on getting the GULLEWA ex Menzies project up and running this is worth nothing.
Other then that they do jack.
They've had the resolution to raise money happening for a while but each yea have not acted on it.
Maybe Deitzy could donate his salary of the last 5 years which he has got for doing nothing
